Inspired by the famous fable by La Fontaine, Le Singe & Le Chat features two strong-willed characters: the monkey and the cat. Spread across two rectangular trays, they turn their backs on one another, frozen in a silent disagreement that intrigues and invites viewers to imagine their story. Taken individually, each tray sparks curiosity and leaves room for interpretation.Beyond this narrative, the trays offer a dual use: hung on the wall, they become true decorative artworks; placed flat, they return to their primary function, serving with elegance.
